Rising Block

o Start with arms crossed in front of your body blocking arm on the inside, palms facing in.
o Snap arm up past face and over the head, twisting wrist so it ends with fist palm outward, away from forehead.
o Fist ends about one fist-width from top of head. Elbow is bent about 90 degrees, forearm at 30 degree angle from floor.
o Block with the forearm (on same edge of forearm as little finger).
