1. Look 90 left toward B. Turn 90 left to B in LEFT BACK STANCE, executing LEFT REVERSE KNIFEHAND BLOCK with KIHAP.
2. Keeping right fist on right hip, execute LEFT FRONT SNAP KICK while inverting & pushing down left hand to guard groin.
3. Lower left foot and step foward to RIGHT CAT STANCE/PALM HEEL BLOCK (right open hand, palm up, pulls up from groin to shoulder level).
4. Look 180 over right shoulder to C. Turn 180 right to C in RIGHT BACK STANCE, executing RIGHT REVERSE KNIFEHAND BLOCK.
5. Keeping left fist on lift hip, execute RIGHT FRONT SNAP KICK while inverting and pushing down right hand to guard groin.
6. Lower right foot and step forward to LEFT CAT STANCE/PALM HEEL BLOCK (left open hand, palm up, pulls up from groin to shoulder level).
7. Look 90 left toward D. Turn 90 left to D in LEFT BACK STANCE/KNIFEHAND BLOCK.
8. Moving left foot to left to form LEFT FRONT STANCE, execute RIGHT FORWARD ELBOW STRIKE to chin.

10. Moving right foot toward right to form RIGHT FRONT STANCE, execute LEFT FORWARD ELBOW STRIKE to chin.

17. Look 180 over right shoulder to F. Moving left foot to right, step out into RIGHT BACK STANCE/BACKFIST toward F.
18. Move right foot to RIGHT FRONT STANCE while pulling back right arm (Backfist facing down, forearm parallel to chest).
19. LEFT REVERSE PUNCH to face. (Perform steps 17, 18, and 19 in a fast motion).
20. Look 90 left toward A. Bringing right foot to left, step out into LEFT FRONT STANCE/AUGMENT BLOCK to face A.
21. Pulling back left fist to left hip and left leg toward right leg as upper body twists left, extend right arm toward A. Twist body right into LEFT BACK STANCE/LEFT PUNCH to ribs.
22. Pulling fists to right over/left under position on left hip, execute RIGHT SIDE THRUST KICK (off back leg) to A.

24. Pulling back right fist to right hip and right leg toward left leg as upper body twists right, extend left arm toward A. Twist left into RIGHT BACK STANCE/RIGHT PUNCH to ribs.

26. Lower left foot to LEFT BACK STANCE/CLOSED FIST KNIFEHAND BLOCK.
27. Sliding left foot toward left into LEFT FRONT STANCE, execute PRESSING BLOCK (left arm drops down, then left palm comes up as right palm goes down to guard groin).
28. RIGHT BACK STANCE/CLOSED FIST KNIFEHAND BLOCK.

32. Look 180 left to B. Pulling right foot to left and fist to left over/right under position on right hip, step left foot out into deep LEFT BACK STANCE, executing STAFF BLOCK (thumb and forefinger fully separated, left hand down, right up) with KIHAP.
